I was going to bed and then my computer froze. But I’m not complaining.
In which I imagine what I would say to him if I got the chance to meet him. I think it’d be more of a monologue than a proper conversation. I would try to behave ‘normally’ and not like a crazy fangirl because I would like to cause a good impression, too.
Also, I would be way more nervous in real life, as I would feel like I’m being analysed by his ridiculously impressive intelligence. And I would probably have to explain why I know such things about him, trying not to sound like a creepy, crazy fangirl.
I would be like “no, Anton. I’m not a fan, although I am. But I’m not the same kind of fan that I am of Evan Peters or One Direction, for instance” And at this point I’m sure he would give me a weird look and think “Oh for fuck’s sake”. Yeah. I feel you, Anton. “I am a fan of your thinking”.
Before I begin, please don’t be too hard on me if I make mistakes. English is not my mother tongue.
I am in California. I don’t know the exact place, but I’ve managed to save money and come all the way from Spain. I may or may not be going to one of Harry Fabian and the Hustlers’ gigs. It’s actually irrelevant. I’m meeting Anton Yelchin, that’s all I know. Perhaps I’m lucky enough to bump into him in a café. Anyway, I approach him when I see him.
“Hello Anton. Can I have some of your time? My name’s Constanza, and I’d rather have a quick chat with you than a picture” I let him answer, it’s a yes. It has to be a yes for this conversation to go on. In real life it’d be difficult to get a yes, I think. But once again in real life I don’t have the money to go or the guts to do that!
I sit in front of him. I want to make things clear first, so I tell him I am a fan. “But not that kind of crazy fangirl… I am a bit of a crazy fan over other things, like One Direction, but not you. Oh god, I know what you’re thinking. Let me explain, let me explain!” He’s quiet. I keep talking, “I mean, I know things about you and I’ve watched most of your films and I think you’re a great actor. But then I read an interview you did and got more hooked on you. It hit me. I started reading more about you, and watching interviews. I watched a 30 minutes interview you did with Scott Feinberg that wasn’t cut or edited and I loved how genuine you were”.
It’s silly but I’ve had a bad night because I have a sore throat and it literally made me feel better! :D
